  4. Take some time for reflection/quiet thought/listening/reading/talking with a friend or counsellor
    (note any images/ideas/thoughts/impressions emerging from this activity)

  5. Research: What have others seen, heard of or tried that may be helpful here?

  6. What insights, about yourself or the child, are worth noting here?

  7. What are your responses or resolves as a result of all this reflection activity?

  8. What steps do you intend to trial and review? Include management steps along the way towards achieving your goal.
