• If appropriate, challenging and interesting activities are provided, children are more likely to be engaged and involved.
   

• If you have prepared an interesting program for the children then it is likely they won’t have a spare moment to behave badly. Discipline issues will not be a major issue.
   

• If there are difficulties because of a child’s disabilities or special needs, these will have to be managed well to ensure a great experience for this particular child as well as for other children.
   

It takes a village to raise a child. (African Proverb) … a cliché, but true!
