A summary of ideas for discussion

Often a discipline plan needs to be developed in order to correct a particular behaviour. Some of the elements of a discipline plan include:

    • What is the child’s behaviour/response/reaction at issue here?
    • Circumstances? Purpose of child’s behaviour?
    • Your response/reaction? Helpful?/Unhelpful?
    • Reflection
    • Research
    • Insights
    • Planned response/strategy
    • Review
    • This is an RD tool

Failing to plan is planning to fail.
